Junji Tanabe, a popular novelist, is admitted to the hospital where Miho works as a nurse, and Miho will be in charge. Tanabe, who learned that Miho's husband, Masashi, was an editor of a literary magazine that did not sell well, exercised her own power to capture her ripe body.
